1:1 tailor-made class. The main characteristic is to move with three-dimensional awareness, using spherical and spiral movements.

The pulley set allows us to work with weights always in a fluid way, without sudden stops that could damage the

the joint, creating more stability, strength and flexibility. 

 

‘It's like swimming out of the water’, intelligent movements, a way to connect your body and mind through the deepest musculature (abdominal), breathing, attention and control of the body axes. A training that stimulates all the muscular chains: anterior, posterior and cross; as well as stimulating the neuro-muscular system, to create the most perfect and precise movements possible.

Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Style Online

What is Mysore Style?

In Mysore-style Ashtanga, each practitioner works at their own pace, following the Ashtanga sequence while the teacher guides and support you individually. This format allows you to focus on your practice, refine your alignment, and connect with your breath, all while receiving personalized feedback. During the online sessions, the teacher will offer verbal adjustments, cues, and guidance, helping you to progress in your practice, whether you’re working on the fundamentals or exploring deeper aspects of the sequence.

 

Who Can Join?

These classes are open to all practitioners who are already familiar with the Mysore self-practice style.
